Well let me tell you how excited I am to finally announce that I hit my goal weight of 130 pounds! I wanted to hit and maintain my weight before the end of the year and I DID IT!!!!!
How did I do it..... exercise was the key, especially through the holiday season.
I started this year, my third year into my weight loss goal, at 160.
My Mother-in-law has jumped on board the weight loss train and as she was going through her closet this week and found a skirt I gave her 3 years ago. I wore this skirt at my heaviest weight, 230 lbs now I'm 12 inches smaller in the waist and 100 LBS lighter.
Looking down at my feet thinking that my fat used to be there. I'm super excited to see these results that I have worked so hard for.
Couple more silly photos just because it makes me feel good :) The first one was taken at the beginning of 2013(230lbs), the second was the beginning of 2015 (160lbs) and the last one was fall 2015(130lbs).
If I can do it, so can you!! Remember it took me 3 years to do this. I started counting my calories, eating healthier foods, and I began a cardio workout. Change doesn't happen overnight, it's a gradual thing so don't give up and REMEMBER: Your life is only going to be as big as your excuses let it be.
